Email opt-in

This page explains what you're agreeing to when you give PO Pilot your email address — for example, by joining our waitlist or checking a consent box during signup. We keep it plain: you decide what you receive, and you can change your mind at any time.

What you're opting in to

When you opt in, you're asking PO Pilot to send you occasional product email, which may include:

  • Notice when a slot opens up, if you joined the waitlist
  • Announcements when new features ship
  • Important updates about your account or the service

Operational and transactional messages — things like account, security, and billing notices, or the supplier-portal links tied to a purchase order you sent — are part of using the product and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

How we record your opt-in

We record that you opted in — for instance, when you submit the waitlist form or tick a consent box — together with the email address you provided. We use this only to send the messages described above. We do not store your customers' personal information for marketing; see the Privacy Policy for what PO Pilot does and does not collect.

Changing your mind

Opting in is never permanent. You can withdraw your consent at any time — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us directly. There's no penalty, and it won't affect your ability to use PO Pilot. See Email opt-out for the steps.
