Changed your mind? You can stop receiving PO Pilot marketing email at any time. Withdrawing consent is free, has no penalty, and won't affect your ability to use the product.
How to unsubscribe
- Open any marketing email we've sent you and click the unsubscribe link at the bottom. This removes you from product and feature announcements.
- Prefer not to hunt for an old email? Email us at [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask to be unsubscribed. We'll take care of it for you.
Either route works. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing email to that address. It can take a few days for the change to take full effect.
What still comes through
Unsubscribing stops marketing and announcement email. It does not stop operational and transactional messages that are part of using PO Pilot — for example, account, security, and billing notices, or the supplier-portal links tied to a purchase order you sent. These are necessary to operate the service. To stop them entirely, you would close your account (see below).
Leaving the waitlist
If you joined the waitlist and no longer want a notification when a slot opens, use the unsubscribe link or email [email protected] and we'll remove your address from the waitlist.
Deleting your data
Unsubscribing stops the email; it isn't the same as deleting your account. If you have a PO Pilot account and want your data removed, all account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure. For data-deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
